The Venus Method consists of comprehensive training in Middle Eastern dance technique with an empasis on correct anatomical function and development of strength and improved posture.

Workshops can be tailored to your group's needs and can consist of technique, choreography or both. Venus teaches original and traditional choreographies in oriental solo, folkloric styles and modern raks sharki for solo or group.

Venus also offers a number of one-of-a-kind innovative workshops (click on links below for detailed descriptions). These can be offered on their own in entirety or in parts, or in addition to technique and/or choreographies as part of a larger workshop format. Workshop Reviews
